Chloe’s First Formal Banquet

Chloe went to her first formal banquet on Saturday the 2nd. The kids invited were the ones that she attends camp with in the summer. It was so nice. It was held on the Valley Gem on the Ohio River. Only one little girl go motion sickness..:(
I was kind of sad seeing my little girl so grown up…but she looked beautiful and had a wonderful time.

2. I am thankful for only 7 days of school left.
3. I am thankful for my friends who took my kids pics for free just for practice. Other than they will be their website..which kind of makes me feel like the kids are famous models or something.LOL!!
4. I am thankful for my Chronological bible. It is really really interesting and fun to read.
5. I am thankful for end of the year parties, just not sure why I volunteer to plan them.
6. I am thankful for for strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries (they make a great fruit salad)
7. I am thankful for Paul being my baby, I love that I can carry him around still. I even love that he wears a pull up at night. I am enjoying every moment with my last baby because he is growing up really fast.
8. I am thankful for Camye’s sweetness, she is very sensitive.
9. I am thankful for Chloe’s willingness to work on her school work.

Womens Retreat 2009

I just returned from a FABULOUS Womens Retreat this weekend. The group of women I went with have to be some of the funniest people I know. We did not get to sleep till 3am and that could encouraged our silliness. The topic was “Daughters of the King”.
We stopped in Amish Country on our way there…bought all sorts or antiques and crafty things. This is my friends daughter, Chloe and she was pretending to be Amish for a second.

Animals ..Animals EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

We promised the kids that they could have hamsters if they did well at convention!! Well of course they did well at convention!! And now we have hamsters.  Cookie on the left (Blakes) and Sprinkles (name pending) on the right (Chloe’s)

Also while we were at L2L convention…these came in the mail!!!! Kind of cute!!

By now you all may be thinking that I love animals!! Well…I dont. Not at all. I like my dogs…thats it.
